The Bulliard Family
My great-grandparents, Edmond and Louise Bulliard (seated left) founded Evangeline Foods in 1905. Pictured with them are their nine children who, in one way or another, contributed to the success of the business. Today, Georgie Bulliard, my uncle and close cousins Jimmy and Danny Bulliard continue to carry on the family tradition of processing high quality Cajun food products throughout the world. It brings me pride and joy to share with you our colorful and unique culture.

Donnie has been gardening since he could walk. But good Cajun cooking runs in his blood. The Bulliard family has been in the food business for over 100 years. His great-grandfather, Edmond Bulliard established Evangeline Foods in 1905 and his cousins at Peppers Unlimited and Cajun Chef are still delivering quality Cajun food products worldwide. Bulliard will share with you the unique, colorful and historical secrets of the Cajun Culture and prepare authentic, classic dishes such as Bouillabaisse, Courtbouillon, Gumbo and Jambalaya.
